Art that connects, transforms, and reveals.

Artist Biography & Artistic Journey

I have always been interested in art, especially in the power of color. I was born in Ceará, Brazil, a place deeply influenced by culture, music, and a vibrant artistic expression full of energy and intense colors. Growing up surrounded by this cultural richness awakened in me a particular sensitivity to color and its ability to convey emotions.

After moving to Barcelona, my relationship with art expanded. I came into contact with new forms of expression and a different artistic tradition, which further developed my interest in color, composition, and the freedom to create. Among the artists who have influenced my artistic vision, Henri Matisse has been particularly significant, especially his way of using color as an expressive and emotional element.

Every painting already exists. I simply help reveal it. — V.heroita

I am a self-taught artist, developing my practice primarily through exploration, observation, and experimentation. I do not see art as a space reserved exclusively for those who have received academic training or belong to certain circles. On the contrary, I deeply believe that art belongs to everyone, and that anyone can find in it a way of expressing themselves, connecting with others, and creating change.
